The laboratory of Cancer Genomics lead by Professor Young Seok Ju from the Korean Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) in Daejeon (South Korea) is collaborating with Scuba Cancers project.

From January to April of 2021, an optimized bioinformatics pipeline for the appropriate interpretation of transcriptome sequences of cockle tumour cells will be established while we keep working hard in meeting all the goals of the Scuba Cancers project.

For that, our PhD student Alicia L. Bruzos a Travel Grant has been awarded a travel grant from Boehringer Ingelheim Fonds.
